Robert Half has an immediate need for an entry level Compliance Associate for a contract-to-hire hybrid opportunity in North Dallas. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with broker-dealer registration and licensing.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing, negotiating, and editing customer and vendor agreements.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and translate legal issues into practical recommendations.
• Experience using document management, case management, or related legal technology tools.
• Excellent written communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
