Seeking a Corporate Communications Manager focused on Employee Experience, this full-time position based in Stillwater, MN requires a local candidate to work onsite 1 to 2 days per week with hybrid flexibility, responsible for managing employee feedback mechanisms, developing strategic internal communications, and building a culture of recognition within the organization.
