Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages project timelines and coordinates tasks to ensure the successful launch and timely publishing of web content across platforms.
• Coordinates and performs the entry of content into content management systems ensuring all data is properly formatted and aligned with company standards.
• Coordinates the technical creation of web content.
• Manages and publishes web content by interacting with marketing groups, legal, other divisions, and the enterprise to maintain current and relevant product and service information.
• Monitors website quality, ensures compliance with policies and standards, escalates issues, and facilitates problem resolution.

Skills:

• Experience with content management system tools, such as OpenText TeamSite, Adobe, CoreMedia, WordPress, other
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) Tools (Akeneo, InRiver, Plytix, etc..)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop

Education/Experience:

• Field related experience
