Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Maintenance Worker at Pearl Haven in Haleiwa, HI.Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma.Pay: Starting at $27/hourPerks & Benefits: Regarding insurance coverage: You will be eligible for Medical insurance on the first of the month following your first day of full-time employment. Pearl Haven Benefits & PerksWhat you will do: As a Maintenance Worker you will perform work orders including general building maintenance, minor electrical repairs, minor plumbing repairs, maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights, maintaining and installing swamp coolers/air conditioners, replacing floor tiles, repairing roofing, grounds maintenance/irrigation if needed, and new construction, etc.To be considered you should: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
