What You'll Do: Assemble high-quality mechanical components with care and precision. Perform detailed quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards. Maintain exceptional attention to detail in every step of the production process. Use computer systems to record production data and track progress. Keep a strong focus on efficiency, product quality, and accuracy to help deliver the best to our customers. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Comfortable working with tools, parts, and mechanical components. Able to perform addition and subtraction accurately to support production needs. Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs. regularly during a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation. Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Capable of completing repetitive motions while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Able to handle and assemble small parts and components efficiently. Proficient in using hand tools and basic machining equipment safely. Able to follow written and verbal instructions and report any issues or non-conformances promptly.
