Physical Demands

Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Other: Safe work practices, general knowledge of mechanical operations.

What types? Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
How much? 6-12 months.

- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety requirements.

- Basic understanding of weld terminology

New Hire Orientation, OSHA Required Training, Product and Process Overview, Understanding the Charter, Lean Manufacturing Overview, 5S & Visual Management, Business Management System, KAMTEK Label Standards, Tip Change Procedure, Robot Fundamentals, and Basic Workstation Panel Views. Scanner training.
