Home Care Scheduling & Client/Caregiver Engagement Coordinator
Location: Walnut Creek - Hybrid

Total Earning Potential: $30.00 – $34.00+ / hour
Are you a natural people person who loves solving complex puzzles and building relationships? We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and proactive Care Scheduling Coordinator who takes initiative.
In this role, you won't just fill empty slots on a calendar-you will act as a matchmaker, strategist, and problem solver. When a caregiver says "no" to a shift, you don't throw in the towel. You use your negotiation skills, creative thinking, and empathy to find win-win solutions that keep our clients safe and our care team supported.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactive Shift Matchmaking: Build genuine relationships with caregivers to understand their preferences, drivers, and availability so you can pitch shifts effectively.
Creative Problem-Solving: Think outside the box to puzzle-piece coverage for hard-to-fill shifts-leveraging split shifts, route optimization, and creative schedule arrangements.
Persuasive Negotiation: Sell open shifts to caregivers through active listening and relationship-building rather than passive order-taking.
Zingage Master User: Efficiently navigate and manage all schedules, care plans, caregiver credentials, and shift matching inside our scheduling platform ( Zingage ).
Strict Care Plan Adherence: Ensure all scheduling solutions strictly align with client care plans, required skill sets, and company policies.
Client & Family Communication: Provide clear, warm, and reassuring updates to clients and families regarding caregiver schedules.
Extroverted & High EQ: Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat, persuasive communication style.
Negotiation & Sales Mindset: Experience in sales, talent acquisition, customer success, or fast-paced scheduling environments is a major plus.
Resourceful Problem-Solver: Able to break down complex scheduling challenges and build compliant solutions under pressure.
Tech-Savvy: Fast learner with home care management software (experience with AI is preferred; experience with similar platforms like WellSky, ClearCare, or AxisCare is welcomed).
Detail-Oriented & Compliant: Disciplined in executing creative solutions within established care plans and care limits.
