Qualifications:
• Must be either an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
• Must have at least 3 years of fully dedicated experience, in Lean and Agile engagements, including at least one year in Scrum and at least one year in Kanban.
• Must be a disciple of Lean/Agile thinking, and their associated systems of delivery. Show how you have embraced "continuous learning" and provide examples of such endeavors.

Scrum:
Ensure that Sprint Planning, the Daily Scrum and the Sprint Review occur per cadence, and if necessary, personally facilitate.
Own the Sprint Retrospective. Use it as an avenue to imbue the Scrum Team with lean thinking, agile practices. Where appropriate, apply empiricism to learn from recent mistakes.
